Authentic leadership means being honest about who I am and what I have to offer. I am looking for an organization who can benefit from a visually creative, detail-oriented, data driven decision maker who is skilled in brand and project curation, community engagement and administration.

My dissertation proved that if you support and empower people in authentic community, then we reach goals faster. When people feel seen and heard, they will lead. In order for change to be sustainable, we need everyone to have access to their full leadership capacity.
